By accessing and using Partugatrab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Partugatrab provides specialized legal services including cross-border transactions, employment law, Shariah compliance, and dispute resolution in Malaysia and internationally.
3. Professional Relationship
Engagement with Partugatrab creates an attorney-client relationship subject to applicable confidentiality and professional conduct rules. All communications are privileged and confidential.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are quoted based on the scope of work and complexity of matters
- Payment terms will be outlined in individual engagement letters
- Late payments may incur interest charges as per agreed terms
- Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Intellectual Property
All work product, advice, and materials prepared by Partugatrab remain the firm's intellectual property unless explicitly transferred by written agreement. You may not reproduce or distribute our work without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Partugatrab's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your personal and case information is protected under Malaysian data protection laws and our GDPR compliance policies. We do not share client data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and client files will be retained in accordance with legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as agreed.
